SHIPPING PROCESS
Most of the orders placed before 1PM Eastern Standard Time are shipped the same day. However, it might take up to 48 Hours in some cases to process your order.

If you live in the continental US and choose:
Standard Shipping - Orders will be sent out by Priority Mail, which takes 3-7 business days for delivery after we sent it out Express Shipping - Orders will be sent out by DHL NEXT DAY AIR or USPS EXPRESS, which takes 1-2 business days for delivery after we sent it out

If you live in a country other than United States:
Standard Shipping - Orders will be sent out by USPS GLOBAL PRIORTY MAIL, which takes 2-5 weeks for delivery. Longer delivery is caused by the need for Local Customs in your country to clear the product.

SECURE PROCESS
Your online order is secure using our state of the art encryption security technology. You will be taken to the secure server prior to being asked for your credit card number. We use an address verification system that compares your billing address to your credit card on file with your bank. These must match.

ORDER PACKAGING
We understand the need for privacy and follow it strictly. This is why all your orders are shipped in plain packages with no indication of what product you ordered.
